THE DAILY POST

Welcome to The Daily Post! As the name suggests, this portion of the website is updated daily (right after school) and is designed for you to be able to access what was covered in class, from home. It's a great resource for last minute updates or if you are ever absent or find yourself confused about any specifics about homework, reading, due dates, vocab, etc.

Just consider it one more thing I do to make your life a bit easier...

Done!

Thanks for the great year everybody! Enjoy the summer. Do nothing...do everything. Travel. Stay home. Play. Dance. Stay up late. Sleep in. Read books. Keep me posted.

And...as always: be creative, be brilliant.

Take care,

Goldhammer

Bomb Hoax: Official Message from the District

MSHS bomb threat a hoax; School is now open until 6pm Monday

Mount Si High School has re-opened its doors to students this afternoon. The building will remain open through 6:00 pm tonight for those who need to collect items this evening.

Earlier today, June 16, Mount Si High School students were evacuated to the stadium as a precaution and remained outside until school was dismissed or a parent picked them up. This was in response to a suspicious looking package that was delivered to the school's office. A police bomb squad has since confirmed that the package was a very well-built hoax device. The building is now open for re-entry.

Tomorrow morning, school will resume at the regularly scheduled time. Students will begin their day by reporting to their 4th period class - to retrieve any materials left today - then continue with their previously-planned finals schedule.

For those concerned about finals tomorrow, Principal Randy Taylor confirmed that the incident today will be taken into consideration with the administration of their exams tomorrow.

If you have any information that could help with the investigation of this crime, please contact the City of Snoqualmie Police department at 425-888-3333.
